Return Policy
The following is our returns policy about products purchased on Haculla. If you have further questions, you could call or email our Customer Service Representatives in Contact Us.
FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
- To process your return or exchange, you must first get an RA number, so please contact our Customer Service Representatives in Contact Us.
- In a sealed insured package, mail your package to the address provided below along with the RA Form.

Bethpage, NY 11714 - Customers are responsible for their return shipment and cost. We recommend customers select a shipping service which offers a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- For exchanges Haculla will cover the shipping costs to send the exchanged item to the customer. Please note that for all international exchanges we will cover shipping costs for the exchange, however, we are not responsible for any additional charges associated with your countries’ taxes/duties.
- You will be notified via email once your Return/Exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed. The return processing time frame is 5-7 business days once the return is received. Please note that your exchange item may not be available by the time your return is received.
ONLY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE (HACULLA.COM) CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
- All returns must be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached. Items must be new, not worn, unaltered, and free of any odors and fragrances. All returned items are inspected before an exchange/ store credit/ refund can be processed.
- You may return an item within the first 14 days after receipt for a full refund, excluding sale items.
- You may exchange an item within 30 days of receipt for another item or Web Store credit.
- Returns or exchange items must have a return label on the package with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that we are unable to process returns or exchanges without an RA number.
- Once an RA is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately. Domestic packages need to be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA was created. International packages need to be received within 3 weeks of the date the RA was created.
- Please note that when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount and not in combination with multiple returns.
- No refunds are available for sale items – only Exchange or Web Store credit. Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. All dolls, enamel pins, and masks are finale sale.
- Items that do not meet requirements will be sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right to determine if items do not fit the requirements. We have the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/ returns from customers at any time.
- All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
- Any damaged/ defective/ or wrong items must be reported to us within 5 days of the package being marked as delivered.
